On the premium side:
- Lee'Delle's Store, Magic Shop
- Billy, Food Shopkeeper
- Loui, Monk
- Zerbrus, who's guarding the west entrance to Rookgaard, on the bridge.
On the free account side:
- Al's Shop, Equipment Store
- Willie, Food Shopkeeper
- Lily, Magic Shopkeeper
- Tom, Tanner
- Dallheim, who's guarding the north entrance to Rookgaard, also on a bridge.
- Temple of Rookgaard, with Monk Cipfried there to help newcomers. On top of the temple there's also the Priest Asralius, but you will only meet him during a certain quest.
- Norma, Food Shopkeeper
- Rookgaard Academy, with Adventurer Vascalir and Librarian Seymour there to help and guide newcomers. On the first floor stands The Oracle who will teleport you to the Island of Destiny when you're ready to face your destiny. In the basement, you will find another Adventurer, Amber, and the Banker Paulie, who can help you with your bank account.
