His full name is Rokyn Pursesniffer, son of Fire, from the Molten Rock.
He runs the bank in Venore. Rokyn can exchange Gold Coins, Platinum Coins and Crystal Coins. You can deposit, withdraw, and transfer money with him as well as check your account balance.
Note: When Elves from Shadowthorn have robbed the Venorean bank, Rokyn will utter a different sound, namely "Those lousy treehuggers! By Durin's beard!"
