How Real Life looks
RL (Real Life) is a designation for everything outside the game. It is commonly used in Tibia, but also in other games as well.
Example: In Tibia you might be a level 118 female Druid, but a twelve year old boy in Real Life.
You can talk about RL in Tibia in both English Chat and World chat, or you could visit the RL board at Tibia.com Forums.

Occasionally, Tibians decide to meet in real life to know each other better, and these events are usually called Conventions. CipSoft does not organize these events themselves, but they have officially recognized some conventions in the past such as the Tibia Convention 2001. Conventions can be discussed and organized through the Tibia.com Convention Board.
Sometimes, Real Life characteristics of players can lead to occurrences of racism and other types of offences. These are absolutely illegal under the Tibia Rules and will lead to severe punishment.
