It used to be a Pumpkin, which could be carved into a Pumpkinhead using a Kitchen Knife, Whacking Driller of Fate, or Sneaky Stabber of Eliteness. Once carved, the Pumpkinhead was used on a Candlestick to transform it into a Jack-o'-lantern, allowing it to provide light.
It shares the same appearance as a Helmet of Ultimate Terror.
