Near the Bear Room Quest.
Near Bear Room Quest room you can see near switch a chest that contains backpack with Present Box and some other stuff. Take it. You can keep backpack and need keep Present Box for a quest - rest are totally useless. Now go to NPC Seymour and say:

Present Box will be traded for Legion Helmet.
