25× Vampire Teeth, 15× Bloody Pincers, 5× Piece of Dead Brain
Notes
The ability to apply this imbuement can be obtained by finishing the Heart of Destruction Quest or by defeating Lady Tenebris during the Forgotten Knowledge Quest.
