Notes
It was introduced to celebrate Tibia's 20th Anniversary between January 5 and January 31, 2017. When 30 Old Rags are fed to the Sewing Table in Thais these dragons will spawn for one hour at several spots around Thais while also giving an Experience bonus of 15%.
The following message will appear right before the Piñata Dragons spawn:

History
The amount of hit points of this dragon changed two times after being introduced with the Tibia's 20th Anniversary celebrations. Two years later, on January 2019, Piñata Dragons were re-introduced in the game as part of the recurring Tibia Anniversary celebrations that started to take place every year. The loot of the Piñata Dragons was slightly altered in order to preserve the items exclusive to the 20th Anniversary, namely the Birthday Backpack, Bottle of Tibian Wine and the Birthday Cake, which were replaced by the more generic Festive Backpack, Winterberry Liquor and Meringue Cake. The Ferumbras Puppet was also added to their loot.
