The term peace is most times used to refer to a period of time in which there is no great war taking place. You can often see posts on the forum about the world being finally in peace again, after a great war.
Of course, when there's "peace" on a server, it doesn't have to mean there are no fights at all. Many people only count the great wars in, leaving the little fights out of their sight.
