Panthebra was a temporary Game World that was created solely to run the Pantibian Festival for players from South American worlds. It was only online for the duration of the Festival which lasted 45 minutes on each world.
The players which which were invited to the Festival had their characters "cloned" and nothing that happened during the Fesitval was transferred back to the regular Game Worlds, similar to how it's done in Test Servers.
