The Outlaw Camp can be found East of Thais and West of Venore. This is the home of those who forsook their land and people for the wayward life. Wild Warriors, Hunters and other creatures live in this land. H.L. is the lone shopkeeper who is no less a crook than the outlaws about him. He will buy and sell for ridiculous prices, though is the only NPC in the game who will buy Scale Armors. Also, for some odd reason, he won't keep conversations with ladies. Here are the cheapest houses in the game, because they are so far from a depot.
Outlaw Camp is also one of the very few places in Tibia where you can see a Holy Tree.
Prior to the 7.4 Update, which restricted luring possibilities, it was possible to lure Giant Spiders in to the Outlaw Camp, but now such practices are entirely limited to Minotaur Mages and the odd Hunter.
