The Otherworld (a.k.a. The Void) is a collection of dungeons introduced in the Summer Update 2016. To reach it you have to enter one of the vortices, located in various places around Tibia. These vortexes are located:

• North of Ankrahmun, here
• South-west of Svargrond, here
• West of Zao Steppe, here

They will take you to the same dungeon, only changing the location where you arrive. Only 1 of these 3 portals stays open at any time, the location changes randomly every 2 hours (starting at Server Save) but it's possible that the current location is "drawn" and hence the vortex won't change.

There are also two separate otherworlds with weaker creatures. Their entrances are near the Dwarf Bridge (see Otherworld (Dwarf Bridge)) and north of Edron (see Otherworld (Edron)).

The main Otherworld is where the Heart of Destruction Quest takes place.
