Used to transport people, coal and other cargo. Only the ones in Kazordoon and Beregar can actually be used, though; tickets to travel around in Kazordoon can be bought from Ore Wagon System Ticket Seller NPCs. The ones in Beregar are part of a quest and can be used for free.
