Order of the Cobra

The Order of the Cobra is one of the Ancient Orders of King Xenom led by Scarlett Etzel. It was created after a dispute with her brother Oberon. The third brother, Kesar Etzel, also founded his own order, the Order of the Lion. Their headquarters are the Cobra Bastion.
