The Nightmare Isles is a very dangerous area for unprepared visitors. The area consists of different platforms connected by magical stairs that work as teleporters, just as in the Roshamuul Cistern.
On some platforms there may be more than ten creatures, which will all swarm you instantaneously.

The only six Terrorsleeps are isolated on their own platform. Home of the Nightmare Teddy Quest.
