Mystic Jaguars are a very rare spawn in Iksupan Undercity, which can happen in multiple locations some known locations are listed below.
You can tame the Mystic Jaguar by using a 
Polished Idol of Tukh on it. However, be aware that the item will be consumed regardless of whether you succeed in taming the Mystic Jaguar or not.
