Mystic Jaguars are a very rare spawn in Iksupan, which can happen in multiple locations. You can tame the Mystic Jaguar by using a 
Polished Idol of Tukh on it.

Note: It is still not confirmed where the jaguar can spawn. There are some screenshots from players finding the jaguar in different locations in this floor but it could be that it's a single respawn with a large range, or multiple individual respawns with a smaller range.
Behaviour
Mystic Jaguars are passive creatures. Additionally, engaging in combat with a Mystic Jaguar, regardless of the manner of attack, triggers its inevitable despawning.
