Ivory Towers, near Talphion, Mad Technomancer's lab, south gate of Thais, Low Waters Observatory, Rookgaard Academy, Farmine, Dawnport, Alchemist Quarter, two in every Cake Extraction Machine, Yielothax Dimension.
Notes
The effect of this machine is a total mystery. It can be seen working in combination with a Millstone. It also serves various purposes in some quests.
When it's activated by a click, it turns into Mysterious Machine (Activated) and looks like this:
