Can be found as daily respawns in many places, including Venore and Port Hope Corym caves, at Gray Beach and Wyda's house in the Green Claw Swamp.
You need a mouldy cheese in the Postman Quest, a task of the Goblin Merchant Quest and may need in Demon's Lullaby.
History
After Updates/9.8 this item is dropped by Swamp Trolls and respawns in a lot more places in the Venore marshes, than it used to do. The reason for this is to make this item more easily available since it is needed in a task of the new Goblin Merchant Quest.
