Moonlight Ipomea in Oskayaat during a Full Moon here.
After completing Grimvale Quest - Paradise Lost it can be used to access the room under Oskayaat's Bright Sun Beacon / Full Moon Beacon here by using it on the twines between the Symbol of Fire and Symbol of Sula (Silver). Note: this will consume the Moonlight Ipomea's Stamen, however you can get one once every Full Moon. Within this room, you will find a Treasure Chest (Oskayaat). Opening the chest presents an opportunity to obtain a Werewolf Painting (Howling), Werewolf Painting (Moon), among other assorted items.
