Monks are monastic by definition. "Good" monks value life, nature, health, and information. They spend most of their time studying to better themselves, and to find ways to better mankind.

"Bad" monks are very dark by nature. They are just as studious as good monks, but they focus their studies on domination, mind control, and the dark arts.
