Ancient Temple, way to Mintwallin, Folda before the secret cave and inside, Outlaw Camp, Plains of Havoc, Kazordoon minotaur tower, north Darashia minotaur tower, Edron hero cave, Foreigner Quarter and at a castle tower at Elvenbane.

Strategy

Be careful, this creature is strong and can kill an unexperienced player before they can hit it. It is possible to kill a Minotaur Archer at level 18 as a druid/sorcerer/knight with quite good skills if he is alone. Try to rush up against him and don't let him attack from a distance. Usually in company of Minotaur Guards and Minotaur Mages.
