In this part of the Magician Quarter you can hunt ~15 Novices of the Cult outside a building. To enter the building you have to go through a Gate of Expertise and be level 30. Inside the building you can hunt Novice of the Cult and Acolyte of the Cult on the ground floor and upstairs. If you go downstairs you will find Acolyte of the Cult and another Gate of Expertise for level 40. Going further down until level -4 you will meet stronger Cults and a single Serpent Spawn.
