The Mad Mage Valley is located just west of Kazordoon and is home to several creatures above and below ground. The name of the valley likely comes from the mage who built his tower there although some believe it is named after another mage who built a lab below ground. The name is also mentioned in a book found in the Kazordoon Libraries.
The NPCs, Hunting Grounds, and Quests that are in the Mad Mage Valley are also considered part of the Kazordoon area, as it is the nearest town, but not everything in the town is a part of the valley.

The main way into the valley is from the north, around the Femor Hills, or from the east through Kazordoon. The ground floor that is accessible here contains mostly easy creatures. The last three more dangerous ones are located on the southern-most peninsula of the valley.
Besides the ground floor there are other hunting grounds, the Dwarf Mines and Kazordoon Minotaurs which have entrances accessible from the ground level all around the valley.
