| notes = They may look rather harmless but do not underestimate this fearsome creature. Usually avoided in mines due to the fact it has very high hitpoints, so it takes a longer time to kill, increasing the chance of being swarmed by [[respawn]]s of other creatures. It is common to see these creatures left at low red health by someone hunting in the area in which they spawn - this is so that players can avoid wasting supplies on the Lost Souls as they have high points, deal fairly good damage, and rarely drop good loot. |

- Mouuuurn meeee!
- Forgive Meee!
- Help meee!
Notes
They may look rather harmless but do not underestimate this fearsome creature. Usually avoided in mines due to the fact it has very high hitpoints, so it takes a longer time to kill, increasing the chance of being swarmed by respawns of other creatures. It is common to see these creatures left at low red health by someone hunting in the area in which they spawn - this is so that players can avoid wasting supplies on the Lost Souls as they have high points, deal fairly good damage, and rarely drop good loot. After the Updates/8.5, their hp was lowered from 8500 to 5800.
Abilities
Melee (0-429), Death Beam (0-210), Paralyzing Death UE.
Damage Taken From Elements
Location
Pits of Inferno, Formorgar Mines, Helheim, Roshamuul Prison and in The Arcanum (Part of the Inquisition quest).
Strategy
Though dangerous, they aren't overly powerful so a decent blocker with decent skills will suffice to keep Lost Soul at bay. However, they can retarget a lot so any shooters from the back row should keep their guard up at all times. You should try to trap them in somewhere, since they run at low health and can be seen in dangerous places with more monsters...
Loot
0-198 gp, 0-7 Platinum Coins, 0-3 Blank Runes, Unholy Bone, Soul Orb, 0-2 Great Mana Potions, 0-3 Black Pearls, 0-3 White Pearls, 0-2 Great Health Potions, Demonic Essence, Silver Goblet, Rusty Armor (Semi-Rare), Stone Skin Amulet (semi-rare), Red Gem (semi-rare), Death Ring (semi-rare), Rusty Armor (Rare) (semi-rare), Ruby Necklace (rare), Skeleton Decoration (rare), Skull Staff (rare), Titan Axe (rare), Tower Shield (rare), Haunted Blade (rare), Skull Helmet (very rare).
