Method

Go to Vandura Mountain northeast of Liberty Bay. Here, you will face several Wyrms and a couple of Energy Elementals. On the fourth floor, go inside the cave and up the southern ramp. Here is the single Medusa. Kill her and grab the reward in the pile of bones in the northwest corner.
