The Last Sanctum is the hiding place of some were-beasts. Rumors say they are using this place to cast magic that helps them spreading the were-sickness. It's somehow connected to Ley Lines.

When entering the Last Sanctum, you will see this message:

In the Moonshadow Temple you proved to be worthy. As you enter each wall mirror shows the reflection of a different were-beast.

In order to enter this place you must perform the ritual inside the Grimvale's Moonshadow Temple. Check the Grimvale Quest - The Curse Spreads for details.

After finishing the Grimvale Quest - The Curse Spreads, you can use the death portal to travel between this place and the Edron Lycanthropes Cave.
