Killer Rabbits have weak armour and have no resistances and weaknesses, so you can use any weapon/runes you want. It is wise to kill it fast and to use area of effect spells/runes like Berserk, Great Fireball, Avalanche or Divine Caldera if it summons its own copies. This monster can only be found on the Isle of Evil along with other evil creatures.
