North part of Ab'Dendriel, all over Tiquanda, Venore Swamp and other swampy areas.
Notes
When you cut Jungle Grass down, it grows again in 5 minutes, the Jungle Grass will grow back whether its visible to you or not, this aspect is essential in the Paradox Tower Quest.
There is an exception, though. The tower in Femor Hills, is guarded by ultra-fast growing Jungle Grass, which grows as fast as you can cut it.<spoiler>You can cut Femor Hills magic Jungle Grass after you "advance in lawn mowing" by cleaning the garden of Hoggle as a part of Kissing a Pig Quest.</spoiler>
