Intricate Strike is an imbuement that can be applied to items of type Axes, Swords, Clubs, Bows, Crossbows. When applied, it raises crit hit damage by 25% and crit hit chance by 10%.

20× Protective Charm, 25× Sabretooth

This imbuement may also be applied to Rod of Destruction, Wand of Destruction, Falcon Rod and Falcon Wand.
On weapons which are part of the Soul Set, this imbuement can be applied but it only increases the extra damage (from 10% to 35%). The intrinsic crit chance of the weapon is only displayed as (10%) and not (+10%), and thus the chances of getting a critical hit remain at 10% even when imbued.
