The Impact Analyser is part of the Analytics functionality. It provides you with information on healing and damage output within the last hour, as well as a healing and damage per second (DPS) value.
It also includes the value for the All Time healing and Damage, meaning that, your strongest hit ever is recorded there, and also the biggest ammount of health recovered by healing. The All Time Healing shows the higher ammount between self healing and healing other person (for example using UH or Heal Friend).
