Imbuing

Imbuing is the action of temporarily boosting an equipment item. Depending on the item, different imbuements are available, they can be: elemental damage, elemental protection, skill boosts (including speed), critical hit, hit points leech, and mana leech. Currently, imbuements are available for certain helmets, armors, boots, shields, spellbooks, rods, wands, bows and crossbows, axes, clubs and swords.

Each imbuement effect lasts for 20 hours. This time only decreases when the item is equipped during combat.

To Imbue an item you need:

• Use an Imbuing Shrine on the item you want to imbue.
• First part of the Forgotten Knowledge Quest.
• Creature products pertaining the imbuement you desire.
• Gold fees listed below:

Gold fee to carry out an imuement:

• basic imbuement: 5,000 gold
• intricate imbuement: 25,000 gold
• powerful imbuement: 100,000 gold

Success rate of an imbuement:

• basic imbuement: 90%, gold fee to raise it to 100%: 10,000 gold
• intricate imbuement: 70%, gold fee to raise it to 100%: 30,000 gold
• powerful imbuement: 50%, gold fee to raise it to 100%: 50,000 gold
