Deals Fire Damage over time, similar to Electrify.
Notes
This spell takes into account the Level and Magic Level to determine how many turns it will deal damage to the target. The time it takes to execute the next damage turn varies from 8 to 10 seconds. If the target is neutral to fire damage, it does 10 damage to creatures, and only half (5 damage), to players.
