Nomads, Bandits, Hyaenas and Smugglers, Centipedes, Carniphilas, Elephants on the way, a Hydra in the cave, possibly more Hydras on the surface.

Method

Head to eastern Tiquanda, here.

Go down the stairs. You will face one single Hydra.
Kill the Hydra or ignore it.
The Hydra Egg is obtained from the Hydra's Nest (Quest) in the northeastern part of the room.
