Location

The Hive towers: on the highest floor of each tower, and in many of the closed rooms accessed with pheromones; many in the large underground room of the west tower. Liberty Bay Hive Outpost: one spawn on the second floor underground.

Behaviour

Stays away from target while letting the summoned Spidris Elite do most of the job. They can retarget.

A hive overseer attacks from a distance. A hive overseer never retreats.

Strategy

Approach it from both opposite sites if you are in team, that will make summons confused and unable to properly hit their target. If you are alone, either separate it from other monsters or trap yourself preferably with one or two of his summons and kill the Overseer from distance. Watch your wand hit as its additional damage makes noticeable difference in killing time.
