Helmets are usually the second most important item in Equipment. They provide less defense than Armors but more benefits than Legs and exist in greater variety.
Most low-level Players use Soldier Helmet, Warrior Helmet, Crown Helmet, or Hat of the Mad. The best obtainable helmets are the following:
- Helmet of the Ancients (Enchanted) (Arm: 11) is the strongest helmet without vocation or level restriction, but it requires a Small Ruby every 30 minutes. The Demon Helmet (Arm: 10) does not require repair.
- Zaoan Helmet (Arm: 9, protection physical +5%) is the strongest helmet without level restriction.
- For Knights the best options is Spiritthorn Helmet (Arm:12, sword fighting +3, axe fighting +3, club fighting +3, 13 damage reflection, protection physical +6%, energy +10%).Finally, a Falcon Coif (Arm:10, distance fighting +2, shielding +2, protection physical +3%, fire +10%) where fire protection is needed, also with 2 slots.
- Alicorn headguard (Arm:11, distance fighting +3, protection fire +5%, earth +5%, energy +5%, ice +5%, holy +5%, death +5%, physical +5%), is the best overall, also cheaper versions are Falcon Coif (Arm:10, distance fighting +2, shielding +2, protection physical +3%, fire +10%) and Dark Whispers (Arm:7, distance fighting +2, protection ice +3%), both with 2 imbuements slots for Paladins.
- Arboreal Crown Arm:9, magic level +3, protection physical +2%, ice +9%) with 2 imbuements slots is the best helmet for druids
- Arcanomancer Regalia (Arm:9, magic level +3, protection physical +3%, earth +7%) with 2 imbuements slots is the best helmet for master sorcerers.The Gnome Helmet and the Falcon Circlet are also good helmets for Mages due to their Magic Level bonus, elemental protections and Imbuing slots, depending on whether energy + physical or fire protection is more important.
- Legion Helmet (Arm: 4), is the strongest helmet available in Rookgaard, for players with no vocation.
