An item very sought after by low to mid level mages since it increases magic level by one and is very lightweight. Before Christmas Update 2008 it looked the same as a Magician Hat. It is an apparent Allusion of the Mad Hatter's hat from Alice in Wonderland, except it's pink. Obtainable in the Mad Mage Room Quest.
