Notes:	This rod was implemented to replace the energy-imbued Tempest Rod, as cipSoft saw it unfit with their model of a druid — focusing primarily on what is CipSoft's definition of "forces of nature", ice and earth, whereas sorcerers focused on arcane magic (i.e. energy and fire). When wielded or in the belt slot, it provides 3 squares of blue light. It is useful for fighting against Dragons, Demons and other (typically fire-oriented) creatures weak to Ice Damage. This is not so uncommon to find being sold, so should not be bought at a shop but rather from a player for about 5,000 gp. <spoiler>Needed for Mage Outfits Quest (male) and Summoner Outfits Quest (female).</spoiler>
