The Guild Events is a feature implemented in december 2014, which can be used to inform guild members or other players about an upcoming event. From the navigation pane on the tibia.com Guild page from which you are a member, you can click on the button "Guild Events". This will open up a page with all events, or a message saying there are none.
The leader and all vice leaders will be able to start new guild events, by clicking on the "create event" button, which will open up a form. There you can input an event name, a description, a date and check if the event should be public or private.
There is no way to know if people viewed the event announcement, or will participate in the event.
