This spell is granted through the Beam Mastery Revelation Perk of the Wheel of Destiny. Therefore, it has no gold cost and is not learned from any specific NPC. Unlocking higher stages of the Beam Mastery will increase its damage, length, and decrease the cooldown. See more stats below.
Damage wise, Stage 1 will deal damage around 100-160% of your Sudden Death Rune damage. The beam will reach 3 sqm outside the grid line while your character is facing north or south, or 2 sqm outside visual reach.
