Ghostly Apparitions may appear in groups of 2 to 5 at Vengoth Castle's hall. They will eventually disappear. They may also appear at Treasure Hunt Island during Treasure Hunt Quest - Third Seal: The Riddle of the Sleeping Dead Pirates.
