You can't kill it, the best strategy is to run.
History
On the first time these creatures were seen, they didn't take characters' life and they were mortal creatures. However, this was changed and they became immune to every attack and were so strong that they killed everyone with a single hit. One of the times they were seen was the test server for the Winter Update 2008.
