Freezing is a Special Condition that causes a character or creature to receive 8 ice damage every 4 turns. This condition is indicated by the freezing icon on your character's status bar.

By attacks of certain creatures

How to get rid of Dazzle[]

Asking a NPC in a Temple to heal you.
Waiting for the effect to naturally disappear.
Swimming.
