Knight:
Knights aren't good for monsters like that. Knight need high skills (~75/~75) and he need to take many health potions.
Sorcerer:
The best way to kill this monster is using spell Exori Flam/Mort and use Wand of Inferno. It will be good, if sorcerer heal himself all the turn.
Druid:
Like sorcerers. They use spell Exori Flam/Mort.
Paladin:
Paladins need good skills, because Foreman Kneebiter is strong against Physical Damage
They should take some health potions.
