Part of the Killing in the Name of... Quest. The portal which leads to the boss is in the deepest floor of a Larva Cave near the northwest exit of Ankrahmun. Its teleporter is located here.

Strategy
Treat it like a slightly stronger Ancient Scarab. Mages under level 60 are recommended to use Mana Shield, since they could die instantly by an unfortunate combo. You can cast a Energy Wall Rune on the ground and run him around, that way no damage will be taken. Be sure to cast it straight, otherwise he can make a shortcut.
