Strategy
Get away from them as fast as you can. They rarely retargets. If you are killing a pharaoh, get a blocker to absorb damage. You may also use a Demon Skeleton/Fire Devil/Fire Elemental to block the damage, because they are immune to Fire-Based Attacks.
