The fishing hut is, as its name states, a small house meant for fishing. It is found northeast of Thais and south of Mount Sternum. The NPC Hoggle lives here.
On the lower level of the house, there is a sealed door, behind which there is some sort of overgrown garden or yard. There is also a dock, yet oddly, no boat. Behind the sealed door in the garden is where part of the Kissing a Pig Quest takes place.
There is a daily spawn of 10 fishes, 10 pieces of salmon and of 4 pairs of Leather Boots. To find these items, go upstairs to where Hoggle is, and then go down the stairs that are directly to the left of an oven. Now go to the three barrels next to each other and open them. There you will find the items mentioned above.
If you ask Hoggle about his garden he will ask you to cut it for 5 gold (this can be done with a Machete or a Heavy Machete). After cutting down a certain amount of his garden you will get an orange message saying: You have advanced in lawn mowing. Return to him for your 5 pieces of gold.
