A small rocky platform near the Pits of Inferno, Island of Destiny (sorcerer's hut roof), deep below Thais, east of Beregar (near NPC Pyromental).

History
It was possible to enchant Small Rubies on it by Sorcerers of level 30 or higher until Summer Update 2017. On the same update, the fire shrine in Kha'zeel Dragon Lairs/Tiquanda was removed.
