Notes
They exist primarily underground, although they may occasionally appear in large groups as a raid on the north-eastern part of Upper Roshamuul.

Strategy
Compared to the monsters on the Upper Roshamuul surface, feversleep are not a big threat. However, they often appear in large groups and with Terrorsleep. Beware their melee skill reduction because their high health, healing abilities and your low skills will drag the fight on for a long time.
