They will spawn in Venore's streets every thirty or sixty minutes when none or too few Medicine Pouchs are handed in. A player can see the likeliness of these creatures spawning by asking Guide NPCs about the Swamp Fever. There is a random chance of them spawning no matter the amount of medicine handed in.
