Fardos is one of the two elder gods. Together with Uman Zathroth he created everything that exists.
Personality and Godhood[]
Like Uman, Fardos is considered a wise, powerful, and overall good god. Fardos is described as being highly interested in creation and creating life. For this reason, Fardos is also called Fardos the Creator. Another characteristic generally attributed to the god is his nature as an "observing" god. For this reason he is also named the Great Observer.[1] Unlike Uman, he is considered to work "openly and logically" or to be "clear working". Moreover, whereas Uman is a god of wisdom, Fardos shows more willpower.[2]
Fardos, filled with the will to create life, is described as having been impatient. He may also have been naïve in a way, as he did not suspect Zathroth to be against him and his project.

Birth[]
Before Fardos and Uman Zathroth existed, there was only the void, which was everywhere and nowhere at once. Here entered Fardos, and his fellow elder god Uman Zathroth. Nobody knows where they came from. It is possible that they always have always existed and just awaked from the deep slumber of the infinity.[3]
The Creation[]
Together with Uman Zathroth, Fardos decided to create a universe because he desired to create and give life. Fardos is considered the initiator, for he was "driven by the need to create and give life". He asked Uman to help him with this, who agreed. None of his first attempts were successful, because the void swallowed all his creations before they were completed, and none of his creations survived. However, they managed to attract the attention of another god, who they named Tibiasula.[4]
When Tibiasula was murdered by Zathroth, this was when Fardos and Uman managed to produce a lasting creation for the first time: they created the elements Tibia (earth), Sula (water), air and fire. When Fardos united with the element of fire, he fathered a daughter, Fafnar, and a son, Suon. These two children became the two suns of Tibia. Fardos then united with the element of air, with whom he fathered Nornur, the god of Fate.
After this, while Fardos and Uman unsuccessfully tried to produce a spell to separate Uman and Zathroth, Zathroth and his minions were working tirelessly to destroy their creations. Fardos and Uman created race after race to fight back, but by far most of them perished in this event called the Corpse War. These creations are now referred to as the ancients.
Finally, Fardos and Utman created the Humans. While even this race has not yet managed to destroy Zathroth's forces forgood, with their creation the gods managed to create a balance between good and evil, Finally allowing their creations room to flourish.
