Fansite Appreciation Day 2023 was the third edition of the event celebrating the fansite programme. The event featured three main activities that distributed fansite items to participants. Description of these activities were published in the featured article "Fansite Appreciation Day 2023".
Fansite Item Lottery[]
This year's event featured the second yearly fansite item lottery, the first one being Fansite Appreciation Day 2022. Just like the previous edition, this year's event raffled off three of each fansite item of fansites that were currently active, or had been active one year ago, in March 2022. In order to participate players had to pick their favourite fansite item in a poll and add a short comment stating what they like about the fansite it represents. The lottery ended on March 31, 2023 at midnight CEST and the winners were selected randomly.
Every Tibia account could participate only once in the lottery, and only as long as it contained a character of at least level 75. Premium Time was not required in order to participate.

- Region distribution: North America (28%), South America (54%), Europe (18%)
- PvP type distribution: Optional PvP (50%), Open PvP (41%), Retro Open PvP (4%), Retro Hardcore PvP (5%)
- BattlEye distribution: Yellow (71%), Green (29%)
